Shipping and Returns

Malki Studio is committed to providing our customers with high quality products that are delivered within a reasonable timeframe. All Malki Studio products are sent from Australia, and can be shipped worldwide. Please allow for up to 2 business days from time of purchase to dispatchment of goods.

Please note that customised and bespoke pieces can potentially take a number of weeks to process and produce, depending on complexity. This time is additional to our standard shipping guidelines below. For more information, please email us at info@malkistudio.com.

We undertake all due diligence to ensure that goods are packed protectively and arrive in the condition described at the point of sale. Should the product arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible, at the latest within 48 hours after receipt of the parcel at info@malkistudio.com.

Domestic Shipping

Malki Studio ships domestically (within Australia) using Australia Post at a flat rate of AUD $9.20.

International Shipping

Malki Studio ships worldwide using Australia Post at a flat rate of AUD $24.90. International shipment times vary based on destination.

Malki Studio’s prices DO NOT include individual countries’ local custom fees and import tariffs. Unfortunately, Malki Studio cannot anticipate these charges and will thus not be held responsible for extra charges incurred on items purchased on malkistudio.com. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to bear the cost of customs and import duties, which cannot be used as cause for return.

Special Items

Please note that certain marked items will be shipped in special packaging. Shipping these items will vary from piece to piece. Flat rate shipping (described above) applies to every item unless otherwise stated.

Returns

To commence a return, please contact us at info@malkistudio.com and include your name and order number in the subject heading.

Malki Studio accepts returns or exchanges for damaged goods for up to 48 hours after items are received. After 48-hour deadline has elapsed, damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

At our discretion, Malki Studio also accepts returns for 48 hours upon receipt of products if you change your mind as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw or annul returns if the item was used or damaged in a way that significantly reduces the resale value.

Refunds will be provided via the same source as the original payment within 14 days of return. Purchased items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be given on the original shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on customised or custom-made orders.

If returning goods, please clearly mark the package with “RETURN,” to avoid customs charges. Malki Studio is not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges incurred in returning parcels. Costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the value of the refund.

Return parcels MUST have a tracking number. Please retain a copy of the tracking number as proof that the returning item has been sent. Malki Studio will withhold the refund until we have received the return parcel.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
